Bee Evite you get 30 days to try out your order at your leisure. Whether it is a breast pump, bottle warmer, or one of our other products, we want you to truly experience if it suits you. 

Not completely satisfied? Then you can return the product. We do ask that it is returned clean, complete, and neat, preferably in the original packaging. This way we can handle the return process carefully and smoothly. 

We understand that a product is not always returned completely unused. In most cases, we cover the costs for hygienic replacement or loose parts. Only in cases of clear damage such as a fall, water damage, or heavy signs of use can a small fee be deducted. 

Email us at info@eviteshop.nl with your order number and the reason for return. We will send you clear instructions and ensure everything is handled properly.
